Experience all aspects of being a teacher while remaining in your home school. As a Teacher Academy student,  you will gain experience working with different age groups and subject matter all while under the guidance of a mentor teacher.

SETTING STUDENTS UP FOR SUCCESS

Teacher Academy students are placed in classrooms with multiple host teachers. Students observe, lead small groups, plan lessons, and teach lessons - all while being supported and guided by a mentor teacher.

LEADERSHIP and SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Club participation, competition and leadership can occur with FCCLA, tutoring opportunities, National Technical Honor Society and Student Council.
